This is an in-your-face type deal, not so much about feeding a child. Why would you wanna share your intimate moments with the public of what goes on between you and your baby?? You can't your own cake and eat it to, your either against onlookers or your not.
Very interesting.....as Arte Johnson would say. Reminds me of a nightmare I had years ago. I dreamed Dolly Parton was my mother. Why a nightmare, you ask? In the dream I was a bottle baby!
Agreed! I am the other innocent...protect me! How about having respect for your child and their privacy while sucking your breast. This IS what ppl think. Respect it. Why can't women be more considerate to those around them. Go to a restroom. Easy, simple, do-able. No need to nurse-in to prove a point.
You can choose to breastfeed and you can choose not too?? Umm Donna Harris...you can also choose not to be rude and impolite in public either did you know that?? Why are you forgetting about proper etiquette and manners, manners , manners?? Hmmmmo waite now it all makes sense, your a liberal/democrat who wants to promote and embrace public exhibitionism with the excuse of a hungry child.
Donna Harris also claims in the heat of summer, she breastfed her baby inside a hot car. Durrrrrrr (eyes rolls) again Donna why are you trying to cover your tracks and come up with 120 different copout excuses?? How frikking hard is it to flip on your airconditioning switch to keep the car well cool while breastfeeding for privacy?? I wonder what your next bullsh*t excuse for that is
And this Donna Harris is one Liberal/Democrat hippy wackjob loon trying to make others think that breastfeeding in public is all about a hungry babies needs which we all know is bullshit. She claims that she breastfed way too many times in her car in the dead of winter. UHHhhh OK??? How damn hard is it to flip the damn switch to turn on your car heater? A law to protect a babies needs?? Yeah what a crock of bullsh*t, you mean a law to protect your self centered needs to be an exhibitionist
This is what you said brokenskyy: "Breastfeeding is a natural and beautiful thing. Anyone who thinks otherwise, is either insecure with themselves, or immature". Ok now is breastfeeding is a natural beautiful thing, then why are some mothers who have class ashamed to expose themselves in public with a baby latched on? Because its not a beautiful thing thats why and if it were...then other patrons wouldnt feel uncompfortable by it either
The are ashamed because of the social stigma attached to it because of 'christian' morals. Breastfeeding is a natural and beautiful thing. Im not uncomfortable with a woman breastfeeding in public. here is a tip, numbnuts, don't look!
"Breastfeeding is a natural and beautiful thing. Anyone who thinks otherwise, is either insecure with themselves, or immature". Excuse me but there is nothing beautiful about watching a sagging nasty boob being sucked on by someones wet nasty drooling mouth ok!!!. Urinating is natural, masturbation and defecating is natural too, but i wouldnt call all three of those natural processes beautiful either
Does defecating produce food for anyone? No, it doesn't. Breastfeeding is feeding a beautiful little baby, and it gives them a good start in life. Also, I think masturbation is a beautiful thing. I mean it lowers the chance of prostate cancer, and that is more than enough reason to do it. Poor little christian. You're so repressed. You the type that cums quickly in bed im guessing.
Brokenskyy says "Breastfeeding isnt bad manners". Ok waite just a second their bub, when we eat in public, we have to show some good table manners as oppose to respecting other patrons. How we eat has a lot to do with table manners such as keeping our elbows off the and among all things USING A SILVERWARE. And when i spot someone eating in a none-respectful manner throw body parts (such as breast), then right there is showing you are not showing any table manners whats so ever
Maybe not...but newborn babys sure in the hell know how to use a bottle with a rubber nipple attached to it. And its just as polite using a bottle as to an adult using a silverware in public rather than using open private parts in public. Now why arent mothers taking this measure like using a bottle to be polite in public?? Because mothers dont care about a hungry babies needs, its more of the concerns of ones bodies (attention grabbing) as to what they want the general public to think
HAHA, your arguments don't make any sense. You would rather have a baby get food less nutritious just because you're not mature enough to look away from someone who is breastfeeding.
You damn democrat/Liberals are one sick perverted creepy bastards that you will think anything thats discusting like this is beautiful just because its natural. Face it brokenskyy, the whole world isnt as progressive as you are so if you love public nudity, then go move your ass up to Canada with all the rest of the CREEPY CRAZIES
Most of the world is progressive enough to realize that breastfeeding is beautiful, natural, should be encouraged, and is healthy. Healthy for the mom as well as the baby. Seriously, read another book besides the bible. Try reading some non-fiction.
Btw, how old are you? like 15, because thats how you act.
"Most of the world is progressive enough to realize that breastfeeding is beautiful, natural, " Excuse me brokenskyy, but there is nothing, and i mean NOTHING beautiful about watching some fat nasty UGLY womens sagging boobs being sucked on by her pet baby drooling monkey in public. You wanna act primitive in public, then there are zoos or farms for that. I think urinating or defecating is natural, but i wouldnt call those two things beautiful either
Breastfeeding in public is lewd conduct and its down right dirty and discusting. Throw all these women in jail for breastfeeding in public and watch how fast this sh#t stops
Breastfeeding belongs at home or in the bathrooms. Its classless attention grabbing women who do this sh*t in public to get a rise out of people. Its indecent and certainatly impolite
Your baby needs YOU and by stuffing a bottle or pacifier in their mouth you are forcing them to bond with objects not humans. If you refuse to mother your baby you should not have babies. There are rare situations when a woman can not breastfeed, but other than that I see it as a mothers duty to give their child what they deserve, the best, the BREAST. I see to many babies in their infant carseats with bottles propped up and it makes me furious! PLEASE people babies need mothers not substitutes!
It's absurd to suggest that a baby fed on a bottle thereby was not mothered, or even has no mother, but only a 'substitute'. Breastfeeding is great, but there is a LOT MORE to being a mother.
I don't even know whether I was breastfed, but I'm damned sure I had a great mom.

@robinibclc If you care about breastfeeding, then you need to think about privacy for you and your child. There is a time and a place for breastfeeding and it don't belong in restaurants, airplanes, or parks. Its indecent and wrong
Very inspiring. Go courageous moms! I'm a proud dad of a child that has been breastfed in public. Usually those who want to contain breastfeeding at home also want women to stay at home (wash dishes, etc), and want only men to control the public arena.
