I am a bit worried about the streaks coming out of the top of your smoke alarm on the wall behind you. If it is older than 6 yrs or so....replace it. It should have a manufacture date on the back of it.
Losing weight Slow might be due to Fluid buildup, you actually Lose weight but you gain fluid so watch your Salt /Sodium Also another thing you have to be aware of is the infamous Truck Stop Buffet, you have done well at your home, but sometimes Buffets dont have those nice things called Lentils, Rice,Peas and so on.
I just started losing weight. It is harder to not eat than it is to run, for me. It was easier to stop smoking weed btw so fuck you government, give me my sticky green
To get to 300 by Christmas, you'd have to lose a pound every other day. I still think it's possible, though, as long as you keep up with your exercise and diet. Just out of curiosity, what was your weight when you started? Good job regardless.
The other thing to take into account is that the lighter you get, the more gradual the loss will become, I'm just trying to get back to the weight recommended by a dietician, and I'm happy with losing 1 kilogram every one or two weeks at this point. So don't get discouraged by slow loss; it's still progress!
Dude I totally understand. I was the same way with my diet and exercise regiment. i use to lose like 5 to 6 pounds a week and then I hit a snag where I was only losing like 2 to three pounds a week. So I feel you dude. Totally.
