What he's getting is Free Energy, but it's the energy over the amount of energy being put into it. The shaft could be hooked up to a generator that would put out more than is going into the coils. This is how the other Free Energy magnet motors on You Tube run
A generator can put out much more than going in, if hooked to the shaft. The Torque off the shaft is key
Permanent magnets can not be turned on and off. The Cap's are controlling the timing of the power to the electric magnet coils.
