  • This is an awesome exercise, I just did a couple sets of these last night and all day today my mid back and lats were killing me, good pain of course. Definitely feel the burn, thanks for this.

  • I couldt go to the gym today and i was supposed to work my lats and shoulders. You just made my day with this new technique. You probably dont know me but i thank u so muuuuuuuuch for this.
