It's those voices that really grow on you! I was devastated when they replaced the originals with voice actors who clearly lack the emotions to portray their characters. Pokemon USA really needs to listen to what all the fans have to say. The originals were the best!

No way. they're freelancers. no legal hold.

I heard 4kids had a clause in the contract that said that when they lost the license some actors couldn't continue to play their character sor something funky like that.

I was upset to when i realized they changed his voice. But i realized they had to cuz he was older and probably hit puperty. So his voice got deeper. It's still does kinda sound like it at some points when you listen to him.
