its not just a normal fuel dt caused it... its AVIATION fuel.. note dt metal melts at about 800degrees celcius. and aviation fuel wen burned reached 1200degrees celcius. u cn only see d red flame coz d cameraman is outside d building, but wen inside 4 sure d sources of d fire is a blue flame...

I don't know anything about aviation fuel, only what I do know is steel doesn't melt at 800 degrees, but 1510 degrees.
If there's a great enough fire the flames outside would've been blue. There was also a black smoke, that means the fuel was burned up + yellow fire.
