Save the money, and buy a decent bike. Go to REI, and buy a scott for about 500 to 600 dollars. Even if you don't ride it a bunch it will be worth the money over time. Maybe a bike that can be past on to children or family, and last a long time. Walmart bikes are going to have nothing but tune up issues. Not going to shift right made of plastic, and heavy metals. You can buy a bike that weighs 30 pounds or spend some more and get a bike that weighs 20 pounds. There is a big difference.
@ironmantis25 if u buy a bike at a bike shop they will fit the bike to you, but i guess if you're gonna stick with that and they don't have many frame sizes to choose from that should be fine, but make sure you try it before you buy it just in case.
@vincentf81 That's weird, mine came off pretty easy. But if nothing really works you should try using a blow-dryer on the stickers. The heat will melt the glue from the stickers and should come off pretty easy.
@661EASTON89 Its been a while but I have been working a lot on my bike. I got it all stripped. I tried a blow dryer but it wasn't hot enough. Picked up a heat gun and it worked like a charm. Ended up putting so many hours into the bike and its almost back together now. I did it red and black, with a couple layers of clearcoat. I'll post what it looks like when I can get a vid of it.
@vincentf81 Heck yeah, make a video and send me the link to it I want to see it. I didn't use a blow dryer on mine either I was just giving ideas. I just simply put tape over my emblem so the paint didn't get on it.
Hey. How did you get the original stickers off? I have the same bike that I am trying to get stripped and painted, but the stickers are not coming off even when I use paint stripping spray. The rest of the paint comes off pretty good, but for now I am using a razor and that's taking a really long time. What would you suggest???
@xXChamilitary Yeah, when I first got it the front derailleur wouldn't derail the chain and it would cause the chain to rub against the derailleur and it was pretty loud. I took it to the shop and the guy said I had to bend it myself because he didn't want to break my bike or something so I tried but it didn't work. So I had to take a piece of the derailleur completely off, now it's perfect.
@xXChamilitary It can get to a good 25 MPH, I have a video showing 25 MPH on my computer. I think a good average for this bike however is around 19-20 MPH just cruising. I think it's too hard to get over 30 MPH I've got to 29.5 MPH and 29.8 MPH on it but like I said 30 MPH is too hard. Any video you see of this bike going over 30 MPH is certainly not on a flat plain it has to be on a sort of slanted plain.
@adrian011379 I honestly wanted a Giant but I got too anxious and didn't want to wait to save you know and I saw this one for a cheap price. This bike looks way different now, any black piece on the bike in the video is now white, I got tired of seeing someone else with the same bike every single day.

@adrian011379 Some of us would like a basic road bike without paying a ton of money. Not all of us can afford to throw upwards of $600 at a bike.
