Wow, just wow. I have a door slam problem. Downstairs neighbors. 5 people in a 1 bedroom apartment. A father and mom and 3 of their spawn. Today I kept a log of times of when these bastards would slam their door. 37 times.
@leongirl Oh man!! I hear you on that!!! I finally moved from that place and into a more quiet apartment. Well, until I heard the doors in the complex. It's like a suction and when the downstairs person SLAMS their door, it makes everything vibrate and scares the crap out of me! I can't imagine 37 times in ONE DAY!! I feel for ya, I really do!
@cakattack10 Ya, I really don't understand why you have to go in and out of your apt so many times. I swear those door slams will make me jump and my heart will literally be pounding for about a minute or two afterwards. Talk about your nerves being shot! Today it's pretty quiet. The brats must be out for the day, but I know somebody is home because I hear the bathroom ventilator turn on.
@leongirl Do we live in the same complex?? Our neighbors bathroom ventilator is loud as hell. As for the door slams, I have NO IDEA!! It just irritates me to no end when that happens. Make a choice, do it and that's that! I jump also, it's so funny...we are exactly alike in that way. It does take me awhile to get back to normal. Our neighbor loves to slam all doors. Everyday (twice) when he comes home, he opens and slams all 4 doors of his car then slams his apt door.

That's a nightmare and at night as well. We have same problem with one of our neighbours. They keep the kids up till 01:30am and on school nights.
