Well it's 2 years later (see my comment below) and I like both the live version and album version, but the live versions are what I find myself listening to more often...I do wish the audience would've ceased their chattering though.

Well, I still think the single most amazing show by REM that I saw was the show on a Wednesday night at the Uptown Lounge in Athens ($2 cover, $2 well drinks) with Warren Zevon replacing Michael Stipe as vocalist and performing under the name, "Hornets Attack Victor Mature.
