@kojack1501 probably because either imessage isnt setup right, you don't have a data connection, or your sending to it an address or number not associated with imessage

@kojack1501 could just be a small glitch. It shouldnt be that way though. All else fails reboot and/or respring. otherwise, restore and re-jailbreak

@macmixing I have to be honest. Imessage does suck, i was hoping to find sth different :( I do have an iphone but i still use my BB as my default phone for BBM. It sucks that I can't throw it away. It would be amazing if 1)imessage was separate from the messaging app (since sometimes i don't want to automatically send a text if there is no imessage to the other user) 2) I would want a DP and a status 3) MOST IMPORTANTLY the "ping" which makes us send vibrations. to b cont'd

@Badourette Well I think imessage is better because it connects all iOS devices and I'm sure OSX computers soon too. has nothing to do with the functionality. it's that it connects all of Apples platforms, which is very amazing.
