i dont know if is fake or not. the guitar sounds identical to satriani´s, thats the reason i have doubts. If he is really playing should sound a little different (evidently he hasnt the satriani´s sound gear)

Kev spends loads of time setting up his guitar and sound systems to sound right.

None of his covers are perfect and anyone with any musical knowledge will be able to see that but they are all 100% genuine and took a lot of effort.

In no way fake at all. Different to Satriani's at several points and a couple of choking bends - in fact you must have cloth ears if ya think it is :-). I thought it was excellent on the whole and wish I could do it as good!

He's on holiday atm, but the pickups are custom DiMarzio's which i think were made exclusively for Palm Bay guitars. I'm not sure if they are exclusive, but i know 100% they are custom DiMarzio's cos the bastard showed us pics on the MAB forum. Lol.
