zgr9 - i would caution you about the blucigs - i started out thinking it was a good deal but after checking the message forums - i quickly decided against it and cancelled my order - it was backlogged also - the blucigs have a bad rep from what i read - i feel you should check out e smokeytreats and the joye 510 for the same price -
but if you don't mind taking a chance then you can just wait and try the blues ...
ugh, ive been having trouble replying to this post forgive me if it pops up thrice. to edlogic, thank you. i actually cancelled before reading your post but i just didnt want to wait, and as well as what you stated. but after ordering i looked at more reviews and decided to go with a 901. the only thing blu has that others dont is the blu pack/charger and it comes with 25 carts. but for the same price i got a 901 with 5 carts, and 20ml liquid and a metal cigarette style case.
I have been in contact with blu for a bit now. Indeed, they have been on back order for quite some time, and blu seems to be a bit behind in their response's. I will be reviewing one at some point, provided they ever come off backorder. Heres to the wait...
Long answer - Nearly every cartridge design/model of e-cig is refillable. Even many of the disposable designs are. Mainly it is just a matter of the level of involvement. Some require more fuss than others. Majority of 'super' size class e-cigs are very similar in fashion to the 306a in review here. Some others such as the 801, 901, and 510 are even easier, as the batting is more accessible. To Be Cont...
If you are not already a member of ECF, or w w w. e-cigarette-forum. com , then I would strongly suggest to check it out. There (and a few other great e-cig/PV related forums) you will find reviews of suppliers, liquids, devices, and much more. There is a plethora of info. There is also a list of 'supporting suppliers' which make up a better part of those on the market. Be sure to check out some reviews on them, as not all are equal! Cheers.

i am still in pre-vape mode waiting for my packages to arrive
have watched 2 dozen of these reviews
you by far are the scariest mug of all of them
but - wait ! - you give the best - most concise - least boring of them all - good job !
i am looking for a first time vaper review - haven't found one - maybe my first utube vid will be when i first get my stuff
i promise it won't be boring

Thank very much for the compliments Ed. Haha, idk there's a few out there that might even scare me.
I dont believe I have seen any true first vape experience/ impressions on video either. Could make for a good view. Looking forward to it. Cheers.
