You would have to make it in Microsoft word, copy it into paint, save it, import it into WMM ;)

Ugh... 

Select it in word. Copy it, open up a paint document, choose the tool with a picture of a cube... Top right of the tool pannel. then left click and choose paste and there you go ;)
