  • I can only imagine how hard it would be in a wheelchair. Im really happy to know u r enjoying the lifting videos.

  • Thanks for the videos Greg. I am wheelchair bound and only wish I could do the things you do. Keep lifting for those that can't.

  • well honestly their is no diff. I am a power bodybuilder, that just how i train and what I believe in. I do the best mass builders for reps and it has proven effective over the years as I have tried numerous programs. WHen i want to pek for powelifting i will reduce the reps towards 1 rep maxes as the weeks get closer to the show aside from that 90 % of my sets are above 10 reps.
