  • what is a reasonable number of hours that I should expect for it to take for the carpet to dry after I use it? I'm using the automatic circular method and it's been about 24 hours now and I still can feel a tiny bit of dampness on the carpet when I feel it with my fingers. Is that normal? She it be dry by now?

  • @waspy89 hard question to answer as there's so many variables - ie. Climate, humidity levels and how much solution you are spraying down. I live in the desert so things dry out quick. If its taking a long time to dry, make sure you are not spraying too much cleaning solution and you are vacuuming up as much of the liquid as you can. Hope that helps.

  • @waspy89 Respond to this video....The cooler the air in your home, the faster it will dry, should not be more than 2-3 hours with this type of machine. Rule of thumb....in higher humidity areas, keep your windows shut and run your A/C as usual along with the ceiling fans, air-movement helps a lot! If not in higher humidity areas in the summer, open your windows and have some type of air moving in your home, either with regular fans or ceiling fans. continued....

  • @waspy89 In the winter time, air-movement is important....just run your heating system as you normally would in your home, regardless of the area/region you live-in. Taking the time to make sure you extract as much liquids as possible is vital as well. Hope this helps.

  • How do you clean the brush? In between the notches where the water goes in I have like dust that is stuck, is there a trick to get it out?
