@nasusanus well if you're from the US makes sense you can lift more at a younger age. More resources, better funding, bigger and better facilities giving you better training
hes gunna hurt him self he shouldt be locken his elbow like that and lower the weight were he can do 8 to 10 and he should be breathing and can seriously pass out and have 80lbs crush his face i am 20 and i do 65lbs 25 times and im hudge cause i train smart and play it safe if he gets the right training he can get bigger and stronger
@creampuffs16 no its not i do not struggle it means im strong and i can up my weight but more reps means more riped more weight less reps means bigger muscles more reps is allways good builds muscles when you do lets say 10 reps on one exercise you have to try to beat that in the following week to become stronger fight the pain thats why people dont see the results they wanna see cause they never do the research
wow dude, u should tottaly come to the gym with me, ill spot u, then u can spot me, i remember when i first started doing incline dumbell press i started of with 50's, hey dont laugh at me i was just starting, then i satrted to go up a weight by 5 pounds, now i can successfully do 80lb incline press. Keep up the good work, ull get there some day :P
@sonyboy123123 It's ok man, this is my friend which works out all the time. I personally haven't done incline press due to a clavicle injury, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to do much anymore
Above average? That weight is way to much for him. At one rep he's already going to failure. All that's happening in the gym is a dick measuring contest. A small dick measuring contest at that.
@TheGrizzlyBear69 that's a good amount of weight regardless. at my schgool we don't even have 82.5 dumbbells. it's just 80 lbs then straight to 90 lbs. i can only do 80 flat and i haven't tried incline or decline.
@HenNgTr What can you do on dumbell shoulder press? I feel really week on shoulders i can only do 55lb dumbells...i only joined the gym about 3months ago though and havnt bin taking it to serious started taking whey protein and creatine tablets 2 weeks ago.
@TheGrizzlyBear69 well shoulders is gard to work on. they're pretty annoying. right now i go for reps and i can get 3 sets of 10 reps with 40 lbs. if i max out i could probably do around the same. and i personally don't believe in using tablets and supplements.
I think thats kinda light considering his age when he lifted.
