  • @apit2006 Dude would you tell me what are the conditions necesary for them to breed and lay eggs? I have very large aquarium but no results and I really try to set everything right, and also how to you keep water for clear I guess standard filter would be to strong for that size? Thanks

  • how interesting! what do u do with the babies? you said theyre good parents so im assuming they dont eat them :)

  • what are the eggs on

  • hello am getting discus tank any tips.

  • @fishslayer875

Make sure the water parameters are correct..actually u should be so sure about the waterquality that you took a glass of water to drink from the aquarium daily.

By correct water parameters i mean...make sure to get PH,Hardness and water

    temperature from the breeder.

  • nice fishes

  • Where do u get the breeding cone?..

  • Wow, beautiful fish. I have angel fish. I wish I had the space (and could afford) some discus. Good video.

  • As an Imperial Guard of the royal eggs, I've spent many a night standing guard over the precious eggs of Tamriel; keeping away from the CRIMINAL SCUM that infests the streets. One day I took an early lunch leaving my partner at the post, when I came back, to my dismay, I found all the eggs missing and Geoffrey in the corner with scrambled egg all over his face! I said "STOP! YOU VIOLATED THE LAW!" he looked at me and replied "And it was delicious too!" we both laughed.

  • i want to breed discuss but i have a tank full of community fish and discuss are like 200 dollars each

  • beautifull i have discus both of that color i have 10 discus and most all breed your discus are really beautifl !!

  • beautiful :)

  • thats must be as bad as watching paint dry for them fish! ahah well done, its soo hard to breed them! 5 stars

  • that's really...cute :)

  • now these days the disuc are a lot more hardy even in the last 4 years alot better i rember 10 years ago there were hardy to keep just do 25% water changes twice a week and ph at 6.4 - 7.0 lowere end for breeding and 84-88 and you will do fine

  • Yah, I really dissagree with some of the fenatics out there who think you need to do 90% water changes 12 times a day, on a BB tank otherwise they will die instantly. OH and dont even think about planted tank or tankmates other than a BN pleco b/c that is assured death as well. lol

  • i am thinking of getting around 6 discus in a community tank, when they pair off, would a sutable 22litre tank be enough just to breed them, i currenty have a 5ft tank dont want the fry to get eatn... thnx

  • I am very impressed. Breeding discus is HARD

  • They're not that difficult if u read up on how to keep them. Also be careful what u put in with them.

  • um yes hi just wondering are discus relly a hard fish to keep as ive heard so much that they are

  • Yes, they are difficult to keep happy. They need very soft, pure water. So it's hard to keep the tank in balance.

  • it require a bit more attention than other fish...but its worth it!!! ; )

  • Pretty Discus :)
