I hope this will be an inspiration to all the black women out there who are afraid to lose weight because they want to maintain a certain body type. As black women, we love our curves. But the obesity issue among us is wreaking havoc on our health. There are too many overweight black women out there. So when I see women such as the one in the video taking matters to better their health, I feel so proud. See sistas...we can do it. We can lose the weight without losing our round sexy booties!

Did u follow the P90X Diet Plan? I'm going n2 week 3 of P90X and i've found i'm gaining weight, which discourages. I'm not following the diet plan but nstead i'm doing weight watchers along with the p90 workout 6 days a week.

I have a coach that was automatically given to me by beach body when I joined the website, but I would love for you to be my coach.
