Do I understand it right - you use some MIDI track with scale/chord plugin to play chords?

Is it possible with my EWI USB?

And how do you manage to play chords so "freely" - not quantized?

Wow, very nice how you can get so many sounds out of that EWI! Enjoyed watching and listening very much. I've certainly never heard Hammond come out of a wind instrument before!
