Actually dude if you watch most of his live vids like Live from budokan He does play a full step down perhaps even lower. And your timing is well and truly off not to mention the intro was randy's. Zakk tended to do a minor pentatonic shred instead of the full harmonic stuff.

@JackTheBlack1994 yes it is the real epiphone. and just so you know it really depends on the year the epiphone zakk les paul was made because they now put a black fret board on (ebony). i unfortunatly bought one that wasnt the best year epiphone ever made the zakk les paul. i think my les paul has some sort of composite material not the ebony. i wish i had the most recent one. it comes stock with ebony fret board and stock with the 81/85s and and easy axcess slot for the 9v

@xm3talxmast3rx You have skill on a guitar (nice harmonics, although they were unnecessary and add nothing to the music) but that does not mean you know everything about music. E.g. if you were playing the Ode to Joy theme from Beethoven's 9th Symphony and were playing it in the key of C, you would say the piece is "in C" not "in E". In E means the key of E Major. Same applies here - you're playing "in F". Don't be a douche bag when you don't know stuff as basic as that.

@nirock09 slowly practice, 1fine day u realize POOF u got it, its hold the pick more than half of the pick is enuf, videos that say that the pick has to be hold at the tip, its a lie, i hold half of it and i can do it, its all about the amount of surface of ur thumb that touches (stops the string from vibrating that much) that matters.

so for HIGH E its holding the pick and picking it, using the flesh just beside ur thumb , becos it has larger surface, so for THINNER STRINGS LIKE G AND B STRING,

No young man F# an Eb is not the same thing!!!! What you are doing might sound allright, but it has nothing to do with your theoretical knowlegde!! I am sorry if I stepped on your toes!!! What comes before and after F# would be F and/or G. Eb would be a half step up from D or down from E!!!!!
