every sdr-sw20 camcorder i have ever seen a video from makes that strange noise.... i would definitively buy one of these!! except that noise really bothers me..... they do it in and out of water....
@jayrmartinson It might be the auto focus motor. Kodak is coming out with a under water pocket camcorder for 150. You might want to take a look at that check amazon.
i got one and charged that new battery all night. it held a charge for 15 min. i charged again all night, and this time the charge held for 20 minutes. Am I doing something wrong? has hat happened to you ?
does this have good quality ?, because in a recent review it said that it has low quality. I have been looking at the xacti vpc wh1 it is 30x zoom and hd quality , but i herd it breaks, have u ever herd of the panasonic sdr sw20 breaking..... which camcorder do u recomend ?
I like the camera but what is that noise? Is that what a mic picks up under water or something else. I have a DVD camera and sometimes I hear a similar noise. I figured it out it's the noise recorded from the camera DVD motor :-( I know this cam use a memory card so this is out of the question but what's that noise then?

normaly i think batteries dont have full capacity when they are new...
but i cant promise ;)

i was told if you charge your battery fully then then let it drain completely, and repeat 3 times, it will extend the charge life of your battery.

I have no idea :) Maybe it's for better feeling that you're using REAL DVD camera, added "noise feature" :)) haha
