Guys always on pc isnt like a normal vps it only opens when you login

so that means you can host a server (any kind) and have it running

24/7.Also it doesnt support java if you are running it from a pc/mac

You can't make server in this shit.

If you want to install java on your linux VPS. Type sudo apt-get install java (if you're on Ubuntu)

For Debian type apt-get install java

Both commands should bring up a list of packages. Install a Java open JDK 6 package with apt-get install -package- (don't forget the 'sudo' if you're on Ubuntu

Hope it helps for those of you with little to no Linux knowledge(also to you very lazy)
