  • Ahhhhhh shit son, i knew when i saw you on dis video dat you had some of that fruit bowl up in yo shit. Those aint even big weights. I mean for once my gramma came over and she was all like, im bored as fuck son. So i was like "bitch move some weight". So she got 315 and sat on the floor, no backrest and repped dem shits. I think she hit like 17 before she threw shit down and was like "GET ME SOME SOUP, ANRGY". I was all like "NO, I DONT GET BITCHES SOUP, i get soup for no one..NOT EVEN MYSELF!"

  • @jlinteris It was wierd. Normally I try something, fail then move on. The 250 I did felt sooo heavy on my shoulders. The 261 felt very comfortable. Enough where I knew I could get it. I pretty well would have had it on the 2nd try except the bar almost fell on me. Nothing that a scarf and touque cant fix. 15 instant pounds.

  • I'll have to stick to the standing military press just because doing those cleans fucked up tendons in my forearms...because I never do any pulling movements,that shit was shock to my system.But u can damn well bet I'll be trying 265 soon buddy!

  • @HHH396 Oh I hear you, man. I use to get crazy shooting pains up my forarms when I started these. They are comfy now though, and it has been along time. I have tried them standing before and lift more standing than seated. I might try them again next week, only standing.
