Theres nothing " wrong " with those people. That cow is doing what every other cow does, patiently giving birth. Approaching the cow alerts her instincts to predators and she may well run off ,have the calf and abandon it. Keeping her calm and letting her focus is the best until its evident she is in trouble. She is a big framed mature cow and should be fine and you see she did just fine. Relax,the cow did and gave birth.
