@ThuRyGUY i chose this song today, and my piano teacher told me that the CD made a BIG mistake. The part you are referring to at bar 15 to bar 31 has only 1 sharp in the key sig, but they kinda ignored it and played it with all four sharps. He even went onto a piano forum where (Apparently) Christopher Norton himself said that it should be played the way it's written NOT how the CD plays it. Also if you play it that way you may get penalized during your exam...

I'm in the process of learning this song, and I have it all down pat except for 1 bar, I can't get the rhythm right. This video helped! (the section I'm refering to is 0:16-0:18 on this video). I think it's a great performance! Well done!

I'm learning this song right now, and the middle part (where the key sig change is), when played as written sounds completely off from the CD... I believe there are 2 sharps on the music, but sounds 4 in the CD... and that is how I'm learning the song, with four sharps for that section. Does anyone else notice this?

@ThuRyGUY yeah i think that they mess up the key and didnt play the key change on the cd :) that's what my teacher said :P wierddd

I'm playing this for an exam right now and it was great to hear your rendition of the piece. I've listened to a bunch of different videos for this piece and your video is one of my favourites. I really like this on the slower side. It gives your brain time to take it in! :)

aww what a sweet piece. I think I will play this too. btw she is playing at around 108 so it fits perfectly to the speed given in the score which is between 104-112. i hate it when people ruin good songs by playing them too fast.

You did well, but you need to pick up the speed, and try not to be so loud, and then soft, you need to have something in between cuz there is nothing there
