Try playing by ear with the song, and put in various licks that suit your ear. Keep trying until it sounds good to you.

Love it. I started playing sax a few days ago and having my first lesson in a few days and I can't imagine someday beeing half this good . I'm too old to make it that far (41) but man if someday I get to play well I'd like to be as smooth as you . If not , I'll just have to listen to you to fill the whole ;-)

you will be fine,.i was told the sax is very similar to playin the bass. the transition is very similar....this is an instrument i said for years i will play next.i know i can do it,i told myself for years i could ply bass and drums,and that came to pass praise god,.i bet you are ok now on your sax?
