From then on the allied forces enjoyed a position of aerial superiority and Hitler was subsequently held at arms length. Furthermore, the US doesn't use the Oxford Dictionary, we use Webster's Dictionary and one wouldn't use a dictionary as a primary source for style, one would use "The Chicago Manual of Style."

The Japs thought by invading China and joining forces with Nazi Germany they were justified in doing so. The English who enslaved the Irish and Scottish believed they were right in doing so. "Truth" depends on interpretation, "truth" changes; the circumstances determine whether an act is right or wrong.
