first of all a great thanks from a newbie like me.I downloaded all tutorials basics to this end and now I am playing Civ 5 without stopping. Thanks a lot man,you made such great tuts only just for us :).I played Civ4 3 days ago and I uninstalled it by playing after 2 mins due to step base thing(I am a settlers and AoE player) but after watching tuts I am a big fan of You and Civ 5-Cheers!!!..Pardon my english-english is not my mother tongue..I got questions so ask but maybe later after your reply
You want piety and tradition if you are going for culture victory. Both have good bonuses that affect culture. Piety has one where half of your excess happiness is also added to culture. Also, 2 free social policies from Free Religion are very helpful.
I'm not sure, since I don't play multiplayer, but I'm assuming the game has some way of breaking Wonder ties: maybe it flips a coin, or checks to see which player had the least hammers left at the previous turn, etc...
I played a game where France took over Arabia (both NPCs). I then went in and captured Arabia's capital from France. I was intending to liberate the capital and return it to Arabia. However, after I captured the city I didn't see an option to give the city back. Where is that option?
The option is in the same menu as "Annex City" and "Create Puppet", the one you see right after you take over the city. There might be a couple of cases where liberating isn't available; I'm actually in a game where I'll have a chance at researching it.
@MisterCiv5 I would love to see you come back and post a game. A normal game where you give tips on each turn and how/why you did them. Your videos helped me alot. And it would be very entertaining!
