NSC Therapy: Child now able to move legs with control after first NSC Therapy Treatment

i hope you recomended lots of phys therapy for this child, its obvious he's being neglected. i.e. foot drop, finger contractions, toe contractions, even his legs are contracted.. whats the point of any type of treatment when this poor child has no flexibility??? i'm discusted i wonder how many bed sores this kid's gotten.
