Was Orengo right in his intervention, that the recount be done by ECK before the matter can be forwarded to the courts? Or was ECK right in rushing Orengo and ODM to courts without first hearing the objection? It was ECK that was wrong, and its time of reckoning has come.

odm claimed 48,000 voted Kibaki in Juja, out of 163,000 reg.voters. this is a lie. it is a result from 111 polling stations out of 231 in constituency.
