Good video. Thank you. I swear by bands as a way to gain functional strength and build lovely muscle without the injury weights often cause. I'm always looking for new ideas and appreciate this type of instructional video.
Dude, your not really fit yourself, yet you give other people advice? You will never gain mass doing shitty things like that. Hit the gym you lazy bastard! How about puming your legs while your at it? ;) Bahha!
@herrpotat you don't really know if he's fit or not. Fit doesn't necessarily mean rippling with muscle or having mass created by roids and overuse of weights. Moreover, it's so rude to call a person ugly names when they're trying to demonstrate something that many others might find useful. Shame on you.
does anybody no how to gain weight and stay definded? im 6ft skinny/lean, but only 143lbs i only hav 4bls body fat. i do work out with weights evrey day. should i cut out running or sumthing? i wana gain 20 lbs in 6 months.
Reduce it somewhat, workout LESS as every day will NOT gain muscle. Eat a higher concentration of protein based foods and mix up your routine with super sets and high weight low rep and vice versa. Resistance bands will only help to aid in tightening of muscle, never building unless your starting off with no previous eight training experience. Good luck
you don't have to quit cardio or any work out. you need it to keep your balance while making yourself stronger. keep on working out, because once you stop, it will be harder for. once you stop working out, it will be harder for you in the end to gain abdominal muscle. include whey protein in your diet, and rice (for carbs) with steak/pork/beef, and also a bottle of beer a night before you sleep.
1miamifan:something you for sure have to do is eat right eat the stuff that build you ex. proteins like steak chicken stuff like that eating is important and of course workout...
yeah man i dont know if any one has responded to you yet but i had the same problem what i did was i drank 3 protien shakes a day each had like 300 calories but with tall guys like us bro we need the extra calories youll gain muscle and you matabulism will take care of the rest of the calories but keep on running thats good for you, i gaind like 23 ounds in 5 months trsust me.
Hi Fitman.I have a pair of dumbells and a resistance band. Before i got my bands,i rely on my dumbells.I wanna know if the bands can improve my chest area cos i really want a nicely defined pecs.
great video.. i just do pushups twice a day in the morning and evening and do shadowboxing.. i just want my triceps and biceps to develop more..im about 6'4 and used to be skinny i just want to develop my triceps and biceps so it would be proportional to my chest...does this really work??? and i dont use weights at all..
just using my own bodyweight..im also doing pull ups and exercises that uses my own bodywieghts. does stretching hides or flexes the muscle? i do stretching all the time..
But on the other hand there must be a visible result if you want to sell anything. For instance, if you are fat then how are you able to sell fat cut staff?
i already have dumbbells, a barbell and a weightbench at home that i use when im not at the gym, but i think il give those resistance tubes a shot as well, they seem alot more easier to work out with than dumbbells. ( i used machines more in the gym but now getting more into freeweights )
will i look like ronnie coleman doing this

What are you eating? Yes I would quit all cardio.

Quitting cardio is ridiculous...
