Tapmill Tutorial

Hey swift I need help, I'm tryin to do that drill at 1:26 but I'm too low to the ground, how do you get more height? Either my knee hits the ground when I roll onto my head and I crash, or I end up using my non-tapping leg to tap the ground just to get all the way around, any advice? Help please!!!
