@davem1992ftw Uh, no. This is your regular Japanese-Upbeat, generic song that can be heard in almost every other anime. From this, I feel no connection with the story whatsoever. I've been watching anime for a while now, and all I see is people that are overly obsessed with everything and anything Japanese, and they are willing to discredit anything not Japanese. In terms of passion, integrity, and tone, the English version exceeded, by far.

I'm trying to remember whether this is the Korean opening… I distantly remember "PURONTIA"-Cries (Frontier) and it being more powerful, but it's a long time ago so I could be wrong… >-< Nah, it wouldn't be the same in a different language, anyway…

About the season – well, once you got past the fact it was supposed to be Digimon, it was okay. But of course no season will ever live up to Adventures…

I don't HATE Frontier,it just never interested me much. I do have yet to finish it. Fire and Mujaki na Mama de are my favourite opening and ending though. Xros Wars throws you off by looking really childish and then suddenly unleashing the most epicness.

I don't see why everyone has to rip on the english version, it did a very good job with what it had after edits and managed to make a cool song. I would like to know the lyrics to this song as well, since it's good, but kinda gives off a different mood. I wouldn't say the vid is that much better...all those shadowy figures and face shots lip sync'd to the song and ultimate form spoils were unnecessary. What I'm saying is, see the good in both, and don't ignore things out of bias.

I prefer the English one myself (I'm a sucker for openings with a mystic feel) but that's just me. Moreover, half the reason I like any song at all is because I've heard it before so there's some nostalgia involved. We usually just like what we're used to I think.
