But son isn't a God. But after IVth century in Nicaea aphorosos to Arius and to all Arianists. but 200 years Arianist episcopus' leaders of the eastern churches like Antiochia.Constantius was an Arianist. it was a long and very very interesting story.

To answer your question it is because Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit are all one in the same. It is just kinda like water, it can be liquid, ice or gas but fundamentally the same thing. So that is why there is only one son. I hope this helped answer you.

@nimoza33 God does not have a son literally, like He got married and has kids this is what the quran teaches that we believe but is false.

"The Son of God" is a title because we believe the eternal "Word" that God spoke the universe into being took flesh like was prophesied by the prophets in the Old testament. That He would suffer , be burried and Rise from the dead and those who call upon His name shall have an ever lasting life in Him.
