I train a lot at home and find it impossible to do squats since I don't have a squat rack perhaps. Has anyone implemented this into a squat routine i.e. deadlifting then zercher squating for reps?

Isn't the lift supposed to go back down to the ground as well? Nice lift though, my regular deadlift is not much more than that.
