@BestVideoResponse Try Pop-tarts, Granola bars or Nutrigrain bars. Believe it or not, they all have fast-digesting carbs needed post-workout. Try to get the ones with 5g of fat or less and keep the carbs between 30-40g and your GOLDEN.

@itsmeadin He will have some words for you as well but my advice includes not drinking liquids with your meals. One hour after meals drink lots of water. Smaller meals more often. For one month dont eat any carbs after 1pm. Keep your workouts aggressive and explosive. Those three things will help alot. :)
