Yeah. Thank God I took a bit on

that program offered by the site:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

cause I thought it was just another scam in

the net but when I tried it myself. It was great!

The program customizes my exact workout

needs & take advantage of windows I have

that will take me from skinny to jacked in hurry.

  • why not give it a try...

  • is 3% cottage cheese low enough in fat??

  • I add NPB into my CC, tastes much better in my opinion.

  • im not a fan of your viscous whey powder on so and so food, id rather just make the whey shake and eat that food, faster.

  • try going to maccas and getting an extra large sundae instead, much higher in protein. stupid video

  • this monstrosity is laden with artery clogging cholesterol and saturated fat FFS.

How about you have a handful of Walnuts or some Hummous or lentils or tempeh, for real and life sustaining plant protein.

  • what the fuck LOL. whey protein on top of cottage cheese - how the fuck does it taste like ice cream? I love cottage cheese but this is just retarded.

  • @tantorecords That's what I was thinking. lol

  • Cottage cheese has so much sodium

  • dude cottage cheese and chocolate whey shake ;P

  • your a genius.

  • when should i eat it ? before or after workout ?

  • @RatedRAli id have it before bed. those 7 hours of casein is awesome.

  • very nice it is like a sunday its something you could perhaps eat before bed with it being casine protien

  • Looks good *_^

  • This is definitely something I will try. Thank you gorgeous man. I think im in love with this man

  • tastes good. loves me some protein

  • Good video with easy to find ingredients.

I've heard about including Maltodextrin & Dextrose carbs in post-workout meals but no idea where to find them.

  • @BestVideoResponse Try Pop-tarts, Granola bars or Nutrigrain bars. Believe it or not, they all have fast-digesting carbs needed post-workout. Try to get the ones with 5g of fat or less and keep the carbs between 30-40g and your GOLDEN.

  • can i ask you something?im 16 i weigh 194lb and i am about 23%bf, im also 5 ft 9,i actually have a decent amount of muscle for my age, but i have plenty of stomach fat, can you tell me how to lose fat and gain muscle?what kind of cardio, weight training and diet should i do?ive been working out for a year aand when i started i was about 37%bf.....help please?im trying to be a bodybuilder and look good for the summer!

  • @itsmeadin He will have some words for you as well but my advice includes not drinking liquids with your meals. One hour after meals drink lots of water. Smaller meals more often. For one month dont eat any carbs after 1pm. Keep your workouts aggressive and explosive. Those three things will help alot. :)

  • @SneakyLix thanks!

  • i love the cooking meals!

  • ima try this !!
