@GabbyD448 Ciaran is not 'non-descript'. He has written music for Snow Patrol and toured for Madonna. Better than some non-descript random contest winner. And, Tiny Summer is awesome because it shows his own talent, not just a cover of Michael's stuff.

@missy3eb JD is a 38 year old MAN, not a KID. The band thought he was good enough to write/record/ tour and tour again....sooooo, they either changed their mind or LIED. And no, I did not commemorate November 22. Dead singer of a dead band.....

@ BomBom446...Hutch and INXS go hand in hand... and I don't understand why you would even write that? JD is a kid. I think he is very good, but, just saying apparently the band didn't? Mmmmm? Again....true fans follow....and who cares, don't follow them anymore GabbyD448? I actually like Joe Echo solo better...still not convinced totally until I see something besides Tiny Summer. Ciaran rocks, "Sink your teeth In" and "Wonderful Way", I must say.  I hope you all commemorated November 22.

@GabbyD448 I still have followed the band longer than you and can actually remember and was in tune with INXS of yesteryear, Michael was one of the sweetest and most personable rockstars I have ever spent time with. I DO like JD Fortune, but the true star of INXS IS and WAS Andrew Farriss. JD's picture doesn't grace the leaflet. Pictured first and foremost is Andrew Farriss. I trust Andrew knows what he is doing with his band. Ciaran is a grammy nominated songwriter and they like him!

@missy3eb Please we know who was INXS = MH and he will always BE, the best thing after MH ERA was and is JD Fortune, no matter what INXS is doing now it will not change, If the new singr was nminated for a Grammy well i have no idea if that is important now. Alot of my friends were on the concerts on Southamerica and those good comment on the newspaper is not the reality. Anyway god luck to the band, we will keep our memories with INXS/MH and INXs/JD. Peace.

@missy3eb Well, Andrew Farriss (and yes, I've met him several times) makes some pretty lousy decisions. I don't care about Ciaran's grammy nominations. They mean nothing - he is not a "fit" in any way, shape, or form, and "Tiny Summer" is the most LAUGHABLE thing I've ever heard. JD can WRITE. But... JD's free from INXS's BS now. They were holding him back anyway... RIP INXS... I won't miss you.

most impressed. inxs original backline fronted by a talented new singer who does it justice. shame he aint singing all the tunes on up coming londod gig. I am now dreading seen some inxs classics been murdered by guest artists

JD Fortune rocks. He is an outstanding frontman and one of the best rock singer of our time. You can't actully take your eyes off him when he's on stage. Not only is he devilishly handsome and talented, but he also very smart and ahead in terms of how he thinks.
