  • Its so fucking disgusting. These terrorists, the cops and DA's alike, are making Al Qaeda proud. This is such bullshit how the DA's offices are just as corrupt as the fucking constitution rapists cops. There was absolutely no call for him to be bullied into a plea deal. But, as a resident in California, I totally understand how that goes, having dealt with same kind of thing. The DA's office here has 27 members to 12 public defenders. WAKE UP AMERICA! Police State is here!

  • I'm a very typical nobody in California. I've had maybe 3 tickets in 30 years, and been pulled over about 10 times. In every single instance, the police officer(s) lied about the reason for initial contact, illegally searched my vehicle and in the four incidents with which I felt inclined to file a complaint, lied in their report. This story does not surprise me at all.

  • Every cop involved should be FIRED and charged with BREAKING AND ENTERING!! This is not a rare occurence. Cops are the biggest thugs on the street!

  • I think the German citizens went through this during hitler's creation of the Gestapo ...Through the use of fear and pretext of safety, slowly leading to American complacency in sacrificing our freedom and rights under The Constitution. What's next? Nazi style "show me your Papers" check points? oh wait! DHS already has That covered.

  • What was the outcome... Did he get his guns back?

  • wow these cops and judges are completely ignoring our rights like its ok

  • If this dude gets any kind of lawyer worth anything...they're both rich

  • Invest in a fence & dead-bolt locks. Adopt the policy of NOT talking to police.

  • TO CUT THE BALLS OFF THE 4TH AMENDMENT--The latest ruse, or hoax, instituted by the humanitarians in police uniforms is to demand entrance (without a warrant of course) into your home to conduct a "wellness check." An anonymous & concerned tipster reported troubling behavior on your property which, "by law," requires an immediate (i.e. urgent/emergency) police investigation entailing: search, interrogation, arrest & confiscation.

  • Two words to say : POLICE STATE.... Wake up people.

  • I'm still confused about the initial call that they got about him firing his guns on his property. Was this legal or illegal in his county?

  • this murphy guy...... what a scumbag

  • Did you hear how the police talk. They love their egos! If it happened to him, its only a matter of time before it will happen to YOU! I left the US in 2010. Police would never do this in Germany. I suggest people look to more egalitarian countries.

  • @midarkmind

The lack of a recognized Right to keep and bear arms kind of kills that deal.

A right that requires a license to use is not a right at all.

  • Fuck Cops! They are all corrupt! Read some of Joseph Wambaugh's books. He tells what cops won't tell! They perform criminal acts that would get any regular citizen put in prison, then they make up a fairy tale to cover their asses. Only very few are honest, and they are the not yet jaded rookies. Give them time, and they will turn! Fucking pigs!

  • As long as you have idiots with badges, making laws & rules up as the situation(s) occur, and judges covering for them in court, the average citizen does NOT stand a chance. This is just one of many cases happening on an almost daily basis. When law officers no longer abide by the law themselves, and judges agree with this, there is a complete breakdown in law and order.

  • Appeal that stupid judges ruling, and bring this case to the United States supreme court. people like that don't deserve to hold a bench that high. He needs to be forced to resign immediately, he has no right modifying the constitution to his liking. What a disgrace to the bench and the United States. Their slowly taking our rights away and no one seems to care.

  • next time kill the cops you have more fire power then they do use police sacnner get there 10 codes then jam the radio with a $100 cell phone jammer it works on 800 mhz - 1200 mhz fuck them or they will fuck you!!!!

  • @p99qa40

Having experience with these devices i'll say even the most high dollar top of the line signal jammers can only reach an 80 meter radius not enough to be effective in that situation. The problem with your idea is although he'd be dying for freedom, surrendering they let him live.

  • unfortunately it has come to the point where we as citizens are going to have to make some hard choices if we as a free people are to remain free. unless we as a people and as individuals are willing to die and kill to keep them, the rights granted to us by the constitution are only words on paper, open to the interpretations of police and judges at their whim. the history of liberty is the history of revolution.

  • SUE these criminals and shut down their operation financially...ANY JURY would support you.

  • OMG, just disgusting, sickening when will this stop. I hope he sues the shit out of them and wins!

  • The problem is too many officers believe they are above our rights guaranteed by the constitution. See also where several states have made it illegal to record police actions. What do they have to hide?

  • this is why we need to arm ourselves and organize

  • funny how the police can justify violating all of your civil rights by a "pissad". but 20 minutes before this poor fellow was accosted by law enforcement,,they were just kicked out of tim horton's for the 13th time in 3 hours!!! try getting one of these guys at 4 in the morning to go on a disturbance/nuisance call,,and when they arrive,,you get told "quit disturbing our donut and coffee" but kick your door in with no probable cause and shoot you in the back 327 times,,and be justified!!

  • You cops reading this need to put pressure on thes guys to do right. Or.....

  • This is a failure of the justice system most of all. The separation of power is supposed to make accountable the trust we engender to law enforcement to make judgement calls in the field. The sheriffs used poor judgement and the court didn't hold them accountable. Justice can still be had but it takes money. Matt Hart is my uncle and I live here under the 'protection' this court and sheriff. I don't feel safe.

  • He should have shot those bastards. He would have been well within his rights to do so in defending his person and property. The legal system isn't working. It's time we start showing these assholes that we mean business!

  • I didnt see a bazooka or a ballistic missile on that list.. shouldnt stand. Me thinks cops were negligent and should be disciplined

  • BS happened to me too

  • so did he have automatic weapons without a license? wow seizure of an item for evidence etc i can see but for safe keeping no way. unreal scary welcome to our police state. I can tell you dont trust colorado state patrol or the state government, i am fighting with them over simple stuff and they refuse to follow the law and infact my x captain commited aggrevated perjury on court record and they refuse to do anything about it

  • This guy would have made big money if he knew some law and applied it. He could easily have removed the officers from office with a writ of quo warranto and pressed criminal charges and civil charges. People need to learn the law in order to hold these corrupt people from destroying our Nation. visit teamlaw(dot)org to learn the truth about law.

  • Disturbing. Simply disturbing. I so want to see a lawsuit with a monetary award and public acknowledgement.

  • If I was Hart I would personally hunt each officer down. I was an officer for awhile and this is totally un acceptable.

  • He was charged with having a machine gun, what charge did he plead no contest to?

  • Thieves. And worst of all, cops.

  • does anyone know the state of this case right now?

  • Wow, police in general shown in true light... brought to you by San Luis Obispo Sheriff's office.

  • @hughster41 yea, they're always gonna try to scare you with that if you take it to trial were gonna hit you with the max.

  • We gotta start teaching these assholes lessons when they come into our homes unlawfully, no kidding. That's what the whole 2nd Amendment is for to protect our other rights, with force if needed.

  • @sigmapsicharlie thats exactly what its for but people are scared to lose their lives, understandably for what seem like something material but its not material its the rights you were born with a man that you are loosing and you only have the rights your willing to fight and die for.

  • HOPE YOU GET YOU GUNS BACK

  • Did he sue?....what happened....

  • I am ENGULFED in this story, what has happened to date? How can I keep up with info?

  • These officers are a pathetic representation of law enforcement. I carry here in SLO because it's my contitutional right. Why should just the criminals have guns? Now I can be accosted on my own property when I have committed no crime? They violated BOTH the second and fourth amendments. These officers need to be taken off duty and subjected to remedial training. They shouldn't be fired because it would be a waste of expensive training.

  • @korwynpeck Yes they do. They CONSPIRED to have charges against him, they lied and stretched the truth, they broke the oath, they'd be lucky to be mall security.

You wouldn't feel the same way if this happened to you.

  • @studpuppy69 I agree in principle, but the reason I didn't recommend firing is because the problem starts at the top. Their mayor and DA are the problem

  • @studpuppy69 I agree in principle, but the reason I didn't recommend firing is because the problem starts at the top. Their mayor and DA are the problem.

  • @korwynpeck I disagree. The COP arrests, makes the report. If the COP lies and falsifies stuff on the report, the DA doesn't know, the DA is doing his job. You can see in the video, one guy is telling them he is making a mistake, when they first arrive they call him an asshole for shooting the gun, and they make up reasons to justify his arrest. If the DA gets a case where they find a bag of weed on you, the DA will do his job.

  • All cops may not be this evil but ALL, 100%, cops are criminals because they violate the law and their oaths. A cop "doing his job" is required to break the law and violate his oath or he will be dismissed from being a cop. Cops have a choice when they are ordered to violate what the courts say the law means. They uniformly choose to obey orders, violate peoples' rights and destroy this country. They may be nice, or mean well but crime is crime no matter how nice they are. Cops are the problem!

  • @dean81147 That is a un true statement.

There is good & bad in all professions, even law enforcement, but to say ALL are bad is not a fair assessment, nor fair to the good and honorable officers, the ones who would put their life on the line to save you or one of your loved ones.

We all can and should learn from mistakes, that is unless you walk on water. Smile and learn to lighten up & be a little more forgiving You will be a happier person, and so will those around you.

    Peace be on to you

  • Can he not write to his governor or hell even the president to have someone do something about this? If this continue's to happen all across the country, eventually we're going to have another civil war. Only this time, it'll be the millions of citizens of this country against law enforcement. At that point in time, you might as well pray for armageddon.

  • Dumbasses who wrote the report cant even spell samurai. Lmao

  • Traitors & Theives - Thanks for exposing this corruption. Cant wait to hear about the lawsuit. Sue them all !!

  • i hope he sues and win millions

  • @fight4yourfreedom1

Let me ask this of you, would you rather see a law suit or policies change?

  • @newscruzer1 both

  • This is all kinds of fucked up.

  • Half of this country gladly give away their rights because they think they'll never use it. The first step of every tyrannical government is to destroy the arms of the non-military population. It seems most people assume our government will always be "For the People", they're quite wrong.

  • Disgusting and scarry.

  • Sadly this happens all the time in California. The far left is a bunch of nimrods that want a police state.

  • @pelorojo7 Both parties are the same they just play the good cop bad cop roles every 4 to 8 years to fool the population into thinking there is a difference, but there isn't. The agenda stays the same no matter who's in charge.

  • Cops should do this to everyone so I'll be safe from the terrorists

  • @mindmelt13

Why would you make such a stupid statement, must be for one of 2 reasons, either your young, or have had some bad run ins with law enforcement in the past and can't get over it.

Hope you heal brother and life gos better for you

  • Self deception is very powerful. As displayed by those "peace" officers.

  • Jerry Shea, the DA who backed up the thieves over the citizen. Remember that name.

JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA JERRY SHEA

  • Here's a suggestion for a good title for this video: Dirty Cops Slobber Over Loot.

  • As a Liberal Democrat I'm concerned about the ongoing threats to our 4th Amendment and the Bill Of Rights in general by both the Democratic and Republican parties. I live in a very rural area where the police don't behave like this and such a thing would not be tolerated by the majority of residents. Mr Hart is probably being encroached upon by suburban sprawl. California is notorious for its violations of the rights of property owners.

  • Note to self...don't fire your guns on tiny 2 acre lots.

  • When are Americans going to realize they live in a Police State?

  • @jedus1,

Why, when it's too late, of course.

  • The deputies had already convicted him upon arriving and did what they wanted, making up reasons after the fact, conspiring to defraud a judge to make a non-situation into something to justify their actions. Upon opening the safe, they wanted his guns, pure and simple. You can hear them fawning all over them. Also note that the gun Murphy wanted has not been returned to the owner. Theft, plain and simple.

  • Gee I wonder when everyone is going to get it! That there is NO SUCH THING AS CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION OR FREEDOM anymore. We have been living under a false belief that our government cares about the US Constitution. The constitution was destroyed 99 years ago by the DIRT-BAG WOODROW WILSON and EVERY US PRESIDENT AND ADMINISTRATION SINCE THEN!

  • Time to start killing the armed protectors of the ruling elite. If they ain't on your side, they are the enemy and criminals themselves.

  • Ever wonder if the public would vote for ballot initiatives controlling some of this crap? For example- legislation making Wren mute.

  • number for complaints to the SLO country sheriff department is: 1(805)781-4550

  • What would happen if you shot the muther fuckers for trespassing and claimed that you were afraid they were brandishing deadly weapons to do bodily hard to you or your loved ones? Maybe that would teach these commie maggots not to be such nazi's...

  • after hurricane katrina cops and(i could not believe) national gaurdsmen siezed weapons from LEGAL owners, while criminals looted and murdered.it was clearly illigal yet nota peep from the national media.bad times are coming.yet have hope more and more combat veterans are coming home.

  • @mikeyramone33 But wouldn't the legal rules change a little since New Orleans had martial law declared? I don't know, it's an interesting topic though. I hope the SLO guys get their asses sued off.

  • @SunflashMace i dont think martial law was imposed.? ,even if it was why confiscate law abiding homeowners weapons while leaving gangs and looters alone?they(cops) went into comunities where there was order FIRST! something to keep in mind.

  • @mikeyramone33 Your right, I just looked it up. I remember seeing video of National Guard and Blackwater operatives patrolling the streets, and I distinctly remember several news stations saying that martial law was in effect. According to wikipedia they were mistaken.

    wikipedia . org/wiki/Martial_law#Hurricane_Katrina

I know that the State of Emergency that was declared gave officials special privileges as described in the Wiki article, not sure how it effected gun ownership though.

  • @SunflashMace i wonder what the legality of using contractors is? were they deputized?

  • @mikeyramone33 No they operate as an extension of the National Guard. Are they deputized also?

  • sometimes I think the cops, are the... bad boys....

  • Cops are overwhelmingly liars and thieves. Wake the fuck up.

  • I have no use for the police.

  • i had a situation were a theif stole my pistol from my locked car/locked glove box,i helped the police find the criminal and gun . the police then seized the legal 45(i was an FFL) and would not give the gun back because they said it was "policy" . my local ATF agent actually sided with me and told the police he would testify agianst them if i sued ,but it was $1000 to sue for a $400 gun

  • @crabtrap If you live in CA, calguns.net helps with these situations.

  • @laos240s it was many years ago butn i did call the NRA and ACLU for help .

the ACLU wanted to know what color i was and the NRA wanted more money .

both worthless orgs . it's nice you have a group like that in CA,you need it

  • Cops....

  • @CHERNIVTSI2011

Where did this comment come from? Get with the program! We're talking illegal search and seizure here!

    Asshole!

  • So, as usual, who is ultimately ACCOUNTABLE for the actions of these cops?

Are the citizens going to hold the Sheriff accountable? They should! He has SCUM working within his ranks and that reflects on him!

It could be worse, it could be the city police. And the mayors NEVER takes accountability for his police. He just points their finger and continue to pay themselves with YOUR tax dollars!

  • Obvious that they wanted his personal firearms. Its a known fact that firearms seized can be used in Police Training Ranges and from there dissapear .This man was screwed over by Law Enforcement and is Unconstitutional .For those who swear to protect and serve sems to only be themselves . Another lesson is dont have a gunsafe with keys only but a rotational manual lock number. Corruption i of the Law is the demise of our Nation .Remember that !

  • Find a good lawyer and sue the pants off them. These lying sacks of shit are a disgrace to honest law enforcement everywhere.

  • @Tailss1 That man is also lucky those cops didn't shoot his dog.

  • @Tailss1

I thought the same exact thing when I saw he had a dog.

I assume you saw the same video as I did where THUG SCUMBAG Po-Po's (police but just call them Po-Po's, they hate it) also illegally trespassed and then shot the DOG who was protecting his family!

  • @Tailss1

Well that was 2 years ago...now they taze beridden seniors after they step on the oxygen tube to aggitate them and kill toy sized dogs... or just shoot a 7 year old girl sleeping on a couch through the wall from outside as they make entry.

It does not bode well for the characters of LEOs.But then that is what is encouraged by their bosses, or it would not happen

  • I hope that all these thugs, the deputies and detectives lose their jobs. They illegally kidnapped him and stole his weapons.

  • I grew up in San Luis Obispo County. I lived down Corbett Canyon Road. This shit pisses me off. These cops just broke the law time and time again in this video. NOTHING Happens to the police. Notice ANYONE makes a MINOR infraction and we get nailed. These police BREAK THE LAW NUMEROUS TIMES on video & audio and no automatic charges. WE have to then FIGHT for justice. WE must make SURE justice happens. None of these cops gets arrested? DO WE LIVE IN CHINA? North Korea? Mexico? What the FUCK?!!!

  • That was full blown police robbery!!!!!!

  • @cheeseaura i totally agree !!!!!!!!!

  • And I thought that only Mexican cops made shit up like that!

  • Beware people. The officers will kill without a thought. And with this mentality, the morality or the justification of it will be overlooked. The premise of the justification will be the focus. We are in serious danger in America. People always say, "our own forces will not take over it's own people. I think we need to rethink this mantra.

  • @MayonR Look what happened to the guy in that Vegas Costco shooting... he was being obnoxious talking loud in the store and someone happened to see his pistol, they called the cops and now he's dead... he had a CCW permit and was totally legal.

  • these cops acted like gang bangers. typical

  • Every cop there was a stupid goof.

  • For all the statists that argue that "if you don't have anything to hide, you don't have anything to fear," this is the counter argument. The mainstream media will never cover this. It's upon everyone who understands the dangers of this situation (a situation that has only increased in frequency over the last two years) to help this video go viral. Mike Brennler doesn't seem to understand times have changed and this is an orchestrated situation across the states. Illegal gun grabs 4 the lose

  • Also, how is "an assault weapon" a criminal charge?... Machine gun, I can see -maybe-, if you dont have papers... but, "assault weapon" is a completely bogus charge..

  • @Casper48022 I think theyre talking about the shotgun... Semi auto+pistol grip+telescoping stock??=Assault Weapon

Not sure if it had the stock but I did hear the semi auto pistol grip part... Stupid ass california laws... like a shotgun will not inflict the same damage with or without a pistol grip

  • I've been through this shit... a call was made about a domestic disturbance at my residence and cops showed up... since I owed firearms, they took them all! I had to wait 2 months, PAY A FEE, and be approved by DOJ to get them back!!!

They are lucky I am not wealthy because they'd all be working in ALASKA RIGHT NOW!

  • @tinoDUB Your lucky you got them back at all... Domestic violence, even reported and no conviction, is grounds to deny someone the purchase of firearms, these days...

  • Wow, it would seem to me that those deputies show what it is like to get job that requires no education, no customer service skills, no compassion, and lack of some form of intelligence what-so-ever! They will get what is coming to them in the end. People will take a stand and fight back. What a bunch of ASSHOLES those cops are. I hope that guy wins his lawsuit and takes that deputy dept for everything they got! And if that cops wanted a gun like the guy had...go fucking buy one dick-head.

  • EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES killed the 4th Amendment and in-fact the entire Constitution.

    Emergency conditions?

See "Money as Debt" & "The American Form of Government" here on YouTube.

  • scum!!! everyone of them including the judge and d.a!!! SCUM BAGS your gonna have your day douchbags....Nice try to cover your sorry asses NOT... Murphy is a moron I guess they are willing to hire anybody FAG!!!

  • We must remember....they were willing to kill Hart if he made one wrong move, even thought they knew nothing of his situation. Also take note that they knew how many guns were registered to him....I thought there was no gun registration in this country?

  • Comment removed

  • @laos240s I forgot about those dumb laws in California...the very reason I will never live there.

  • A well placed sniper at the local donut shop should relieve the community of these uniformed goons. We need honest law enforcement - not these thugs pretending to be law enforcement. I used to respect the police but over the years I have seen enough to just laugh when I hear of some getting cut down in the line of fire. It's because corruption is so pervasive in law enforcement I suppose.

  • @olistostrome For every one taken down, five more will line up to take his place.

  • @olistostrome I agree. Remember, not all COPS are this way. Thugs like officers in the video, are not officers, they deserve to be debadged and jailed as a strong reminder to other deputies to follow the law. This man was almost shot, he has criminal charges no words if they are still pending or if he plead guilty or no contest or took the plea, this is truly disgusting. This should be training material for new and present officers. I'm glad camera's were rolling in the squad cars with audio.

  • @studpuppy69

    No!

What these deputies are lacking is good strong leadership.

  • Don't worry people, these pigs are gonna get theirs just like the rest of the henchman stooges in this country will.

Monitor their names and info and be ready to man the roadblocks we put up when these scum try to sneak through so we can have our nice little roadside trials for them and give them some of their own medicine!

All, yes 100%, of police violate their oaths, and the laws. They are ALL criminals, yes even the "good" ones! How many cops arrest others cops regularly? That's proof!

  • @dean81147 VERY good point!

  • THEIFS

  • Goose stepping thugs with badges. This is the kind of Nazi tactics that will result in armed conflict against the government. What is wrong with these cops, the DA and the courts??? Do they WANT to start civil unrest??? Thomas Jefferson was clear in his treatises on tyrannical government, that we have the "right" and the "DUTY" to remove these criminals from power, the main reason for the existence of the second amendment. Mr. Jefferson was quite clear in this regard. Wake up, government.

  • Scary stuff right here. Is it any wonder there is a huge push to prosecute anyone audio or video recording LEOs?

    Hmmm wonder why?...

  • Douchebags like these are why people are losing faith in the police.

  • douchebags, and they wonder why people are fed up with their activities

  • Thanks for posting these. I hope that someone brings these cops to justice.
