lol thats nothing, i have a XXX-CR with a 3.5T Novak Brushless Motor which makes the tires shred when accelerationg, it can do a backflip ON THE SPOT.

My dad picked it up with both hands and turned it on and the receiver would not link to the Spektrum DX3.5 controller so it accelerated to 100% and shredded the skin from my dads wrists.

@Trinibadman96 : I have both but they handle differently....I like the Mini-E-Revo better since it's built to be that fast...it's much more stable. The RC18 is hard to keep straight at those speeds.

I would bet that this one (8000kv/3s lipo) would be faster IF you could keep it under control and utilize all the power...but since it's unstable the Mini E Revo would beat it since I can get to top speed faster. ;)

He could have some moabs with no foam and the softest rubber on that system that would definately wind up with a huge diameter balloning effect.

I moved the receiver to where the stock esc is...then put the Mamba esc in front of the antenna...then made a custom pack...6 cells in the normal place...then 4 cells that I velcro'd right in front of the rear shock tower in the receiver's stock location.

On this car I have the MIP super diff in back and stock diff in front. Shim them nice and your good. Also if you are running a Mamba brushless, program some punch control into it. That will save your diffs as well!

You need an RF choke core on your ESC control wires (get them at RS, guys might be clueless to what it is but they have them) because high-speed brushless signals make mega noise. Had the same prob on mine till I put the choke back on.

hmm...probably in race mode...there's a mode that doesn't have reverse, for race purposes. Check that...it's in the Mamba directions for programming.
