Congradulations, I've seen other of your videos. You're strength is impressive. Just don't twist your knees that mutch, since you're going to develop an o-type legs later on.

cheers. yea it does pritty much, although if you just do fronts you will probably find you can do more on your front relative to back so like 140 front, 150 back, if you do lots of backs then maybe only 120 front, 160 back etc.

I don't squat much, but I'm tryin to do cleans and clean n press everyweek now, I'm 78/79kg and my PB for a clean is 90kg and 85 for the clean and press, I've been told I can get alot more if my technique was better, but I'm too scared to squat on the clean!! Any ideas of overcoming my fear? these front squats would make sense...
I train in a sports hall, it is quite unprofessional. I have spent half my "career" training in a tiny garage, cluttered with crap, that was a pain& You definately need to start squatting!!!!! yea, you really cant get anywhere without the ability to squat, it will be hard work if you have power cleaned all this time, but in time you will find you can squat clean more probably/
