  • @mikeyburger1 haha how does that work! you're 19 and 82kgs and you cant beat what you did when you were 16!?! im 25 and 81 kgs and can only back squat 140 for 3 reps!

  • Congradulations, I've seen other of your videos. You're strength is impressive. Just don't twist your knees that mutch, since you're going to develop an o-type legs later on.

  • @FishSup018 thanks :) I will do my best to continue to please. Haha I know, this is a very old video actually but yea need to be careful with my knees i've improved the prolem quite a lot recently.

  • Hi very good job ! Does the strength in your front squat carry over to your back squat?

  • cheers. yea it does pritty much, although if you just do fronts you will probably find you can do more on your front relative to back so like 140 front, 150 back, if you do lots of backs then maybe only 120 front, 160 back etc.

  • I wish there was a place like this near me, I just practice my shitty olympic lifts at my local gym, and have all the meatheads staring at me... I don't squat much, but I'm tryin to do cleans and clean n press everyweek now, I'm 78/79kg and my PB for a clean is 90kg and 85 for the clean and press, I've been told I can get alot more if my technique was better, but I'm too scared to squat on the clean!! Any ideas of overcoming my fear? these front squats would make sense...

  • I train in a sports hall, it is quite unprofessional. I have spent half my "career" training in a tiny garage, cluttered with crap, that was a pain& You definately need to start squatting!!!!! yea, you really cant get anywhere without the ability to squat, it will be hard work if you have power cleaned all this time, but in time you will find you can squat clean more probably/

  • hey thanks man it means a lot to me. My pr snatch is 100 k and jerk 120 (total is 216). Ive not been training recently because I got nowhere to :( but im doing 100 and 120 regularly now lol, i really wana move up the ranks... im a 77 kg lifter :)
