connect it to the iTunes, and then press the home and sleep-wake button at the same time for 10 or 15 seconds. And that should work, what ever the fuck the iTunes say after that, klick ok to restore that iPod, iPhone, or maybe iPad you have. Well, i'm glad if this help you mate

okay guys i have a problem...my ipod classic ah actually its my mom given by my aunt but im the one who using it so im putting some songs there then the ipod just get lag so sometimes its happening and so i just wait to get lowbatt then im charging it but its 7 hours its not charging its only said "please wait very low battery"the apple logo just showed..so is it the battery or the hard disk coz if its hard disk im doomed..if its battery its fine coz its replaceable right??

dude the same thing happened to me. if u plug it into ur comp and it doesnt respond... i switched hold button on and off like 3 times. then i held the midle and the menu button at the same time like for 20 secs and it reseted

hope it works 4 u i did it on ipod nano 3g ;)

Last night i decided to plug it in the charger to see what would happen..well it actually charged which hasn't happened in 2 years. Still it wouldn't turn on i tried the reset and plugging it back in ( which now it wouldn't respond). Before i gave up hope i thought i would check YouTube 1 last time. I found this comment and you fixed my ipod in 10 seconds. Thanks a lot i can now enjoy music again!

@christiantorelli1 The ONLY ANSWER TO ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR IPOD IS TO DO CRAZY SHIT WITH BUTTONS AND SWITCHES, SINCE IPODS ARE ALIVE AND DONT LIKE TO BE TOUCHED TOO MUCH, + IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT, JUST LEAVE IT TO RUST, HE'LL BEG TO BE TOUCHED, HOPE I CLEARED SOME MISUNDERSTANDINGS :P
