It does appear that NATURAL atmospheric CO2 increases after temps climb; the lead/lag issue. Humans were never a part of the natural carbon cycle. We are now. We move about 1,000,000 years of earth stored carbon into atmosphere ever year. About half has been absorbed by the oceans (learn about the consequences of Ocean Acidification).
