I never enjoyed before the Cuban version for this ballet, but I really liked Mrs. Valdes interpretation here. She displays such a fragile and graceful dance and, at the same time, displays such a powerful and vibrant technique that it is impossible not to admire her art. It seems to me that she is in fact enjoying her act, so carefree, relaxed, always smiling, definitely a joyful and memorable interpretation. Applauses...
