In "With These Eyes" a young woman embarks on a journey that holds the pieces to the puzzle that will reveal the secret behind Quantum Energy.
Buddhist wisdom and the goodness of her heart are the only weapons Isabelle de Fleur possesses in her battle against an army of covert spies sworn to protect their employer at all cost.
Dr. Chukanov's real life Quantum Generator serves as the inspiration to a free society in this suspensful and wittingly entertaining novel by Horst Steiner.
We need to make positive changes in this world. We need to change the way of old and ask ourselves how we should go about developing the world. All we need is farms for food and growing trees for lumber to build homes (and furniture). We need to reach poor countries & help them change their system (concrete buildings + toxic factories). We need to end the chemistry that's in our foods and go Natural Organic. There are people dying. There's no time to wait.
"The well-being of mankind, its peace and security are unattainable unless and until its unity is firmly established."
"There can be no doubt whatever that the peoples of the world, of whatever race or religion, derive their inspiration from one heavenly Source, and are the subjects of one God."
"That which the Lord hath ordained as the sovereign remedy and mightiest instrument for the healing of all the world is the union of all its peoples in one universal Cause, one common Faith."
too bad Obama's teleprompter is fed garbage and drivle....the last line of the speech was cut off...it went something like this....maybe the US and the Soviets will never see eye to eye on everything but at least we can work to make the world safe for diversity.
How can anyone be a leader of humans, if that person does not reiterate this speech? How can you be human and not aspire to this? I pray for humanity that we all say these words every day of our lives. Not merely peace in our time, but peace in all time. Amen.
it is hard to believe that there was ones really an american president who talked in this way. i am turkish, i translated this speech into turkish and put in a certain internet page in which i am also a member. everybody should know of this speech. every world citizen should have read, thought and make his own conclusions about this speech. this here is a very small part of it. the whole speech is just like a prophecy...
Thank you for your service to our nation. JFK was a great man, and the United States can perhaps realize its true role under the guidance of President Obama.
You have made human life cheap. You have made us all murderers of cultures we do not understand. You have made us afraid of an enemy that you and your father helped create.
It is hard to love you. You are a man who is seen as a disgrace throughout the world, a man who has shown profound disrespect for humanity, a man whose lies make him responsible for over 1 million deaths (comp Saddam's 30,000).
I pity you, but I don't hate you. Hatred will never undo what you have done.

I just wish George Bush could run again. He has been an inspiration to me these past 8 years. Thank you Bush for 8 wonderful years of service to this nation. Our Grandchildren will one day build the biggest statue of you in your honor 100 years from now and kiss the feet of that statue in gratitude. Thank you so much.
You are out of you're sick, delusional, and twisted mind, and you also are an insult to all of humanity striving for decencey, as Presudent Kennedy was the last great American President we have yet to see, here is is to hoping that the soon to be elected Obama can undue some of the damage and ruination of the once great America that Bush caused in a horrible eight years un office, the worst U.S. President of all time.
@cathytreks yeah but obama is no kennedy. dont think they even really come close. if JFK were in office you can bet all those wall st criminals making life hell for ppl all around the world would be brought to their knees. the iraq war would be scaled down, eventually ended. no torture or guantanamo. i even think he'd do things to effect the drugs and ppl flowing in and out of the US. also when the world heard this speech. they believed it. now obama will talk peace while were in 2wars
Hey, the way things are going, Bush might be the last president of a country once called the United States. And by the way, haven't you heard, though shall not worship false idols.
Tonight we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope.
While I like JFK, I do not think peace was his strong point. Bag of pigs and Vietnam. He was a man not governed by an idea. He did what he thought was best. He took liberal and conservative ideas, and mixed them up. That is why I liked him. He ruled by reason, not by shear popularity. That is something few presidents recently have done.
Bay of Pigs was all CIA the only Kennedy that was indepth with it was RFK. The whole training and operations for it started as Operation Tatto run by Richard Nixon when he was Vice President along with the CIA. Even after the Bay of Pigs, operations like Operation Mongoose was created which JFK shut down when he learned of it. JFK was blamed for the failure of the Bay of Pigs since he felt betrayed by the CIA and canceled air support for the Cuban rebels.
Whether the operation was created by the CIA or Nixon, it was approved by Kennedy even though the weaknesses of the operation should have been evident. Once it is approved by the president, it is the presidents plan - end of question, he will take the credit for the success; he must take the blame for its failure.
What a great leader, and what a contrast to today's democratic party. Sure, he dreamed of world peace, but make no mistake: JFK was ready to bomb Cuba back to the stone age had Russian ships tried to run the American blockade of Cuba. He was also ready to give the order to attack Russia.
What a contrast to see an educated, well spoken man like JFK in comparison to the myopic idiot who now sits in that office. I'm the "decider"; what the f**k is that????
"Non-aggressive" is not a description of JFK, unless sending 16,000 soldiers to Vietnam is "peace". Maybe a valid argument, if someone wants to make it. In that high taxation is war on the individual, he could be considered a peace loving man, having lowered taxes. Funny (and unfortunate, for us) thing is that his tax policy is something he is NOT remembered for by current members of his party. Impossible to say what current attitudes toward the man would be had he not been murdered.
Sending 16,000 special advisors was better than the 100,000 plus ground troops the military was heavily pushing him in 1961, and if he had rejected even the advisors after the Bay of Pigs and the Laos settlement and Berlin Wall appeasement, well I think they would have killed JFK in 1961 instead of 1963.
You see, JFK bid his time, he knew Vietnam was bad, and he was gonna withdraw by '65.
Those troops that JFK sent to Vietnam were non-combat divisions, i.e. they were there to support the South Vietnamese, not to fight a war. Kennedy had begun to withdraw those troops by November 1963. Unfortunately for everybody, he did not live to see it through.
Absolutely wrong my man. JFK drastically increased the level of troops to around 12,000. And if you think the green berets are not combat troops then, well, maybe youre right. What JFK ended up doing was to present LBJ with a situation that had spun out of control. What he would have done had he lived, is pure speculation.
JFK's tax cut lowered taxes on the richest Americans from 91% to 70% on income over $3.2 million (in today's dollars). But it ended up increasing taxes on those wealthiest because it closed loop holes that enabled rich people to avoid paying much of their taxes. So it was in effect a tax increase on the rich and it resulted in what was at that time the longest period of economic growth in U.S. history, surpassed only by the Clinton economic miracle of the 1990's.
