Maybe, but you still need a system in place that protects the rights and freedoms of all citizens. We need justice and equality under the law. It's not easy to do that when you have a king or "Huang Di" with almost unlimited power.

This movie shows the need for liberal democracy. I mean there's nothing really all that heroic about choosing a ruthless dictator over incessant war.
