  • Is it right if i mix on day 1 - chest/abs/shoulders/triceps/bi­ceps and back and on the day 2 i do all the bottom, then day 3 rest.

  • @dgendgen MM Well it won't make you gay! People shave thier legs for all kind of reasons, even just to show off thier legs. :)

  • I actully did this hole thing yesterday but used a Towel instead of the Ball, at times it was burning but it was a great overall body workout!

    I found the cardio alright most the time but at one stage I got really knackerd!

  • How much do the dumbells needa weigh

  • @gnomemaster456 As with all workouts the weight you use needs to allow you to do the reps that workout structure suggest. So use dumbbells that allows you to do around 15 to 20 reps. If you can do more then use a heavier weight.

  • So are you doing the exercises in a circuit fashion 1 after the other for 3 sets OR are we supposed to do 3 sets of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise?

  • @curleedst Yip 3 sets of each exercise, followed by the cardio and then you move onto the next exercise.

  • Great video for sure, but one minor problem, I don´t have acces to dumbells, but I do however have acces to about 10 different types of workout elastics, can they be used for the triceps and shoulders instead? If so I was considering to do like in the video you made where you used a chair to do dips :) (if you remember that video)

  • @worldofmig Yip that is perfect! Bands can be even harder and give you even better results. Yes I remember the video and that will work perfectly!

  • Can I also do this workout to grow some muscles? Cuz I don't have any fat at all

  • @DarkKoen Yes you can however if you want to do that make the resistance of each exercise a bit heavier and also bring down the reps to around 10 to 12.

  • great video, will copy some stuff and add to the end of my workout, i have a very muscular physique but still have some belly fat which i need to get rid off, will definately try this !

  • ive got to say, having trawled through other fitness and workout videos, playlists ect and being a fitness trainer myself i really really recommend following Peter and his workouts. Its seems to me his workouts, attitude, persona and general video quality that targets "average joe" is amongst the best on Youtube currently...the website itself is very informative and helpful for those who arent bodybuilders...all i can say is listen 2 this man and keep at it!!   • @johnsnips If you dont have the big ball just use a towel. Put it behind your back and slide up and down the wall in the same way.
