It seems Pukhtoon nationalist don't want to leave electricity production(TARBELA) in Hazara division. A great pie and a great resource. I may be wrong but had this bee not the case they would have also cared for the people of Hazara(hindko speakers) .Resources of Hazara division should also be for people of Hazara as they(pakhtoon nationalists) claim that resources of Pakhtoon wattan should be for Pakhtoon firtst.

Unfortunately, they never say that Hazara division shouldn't be part of this Pakhtoonistan. So they want to take some districts from Punjab but they talk about whole N-W.F.P along with tribal areas,part of Balochistan and some districts of Punjab as Pakhtoonistan. They should be fair in this selection. Hazara division is a Hindko speaking belt with some exceptions in Battagram district.

In my opinion ,there is nothing wrong with more provinces and Pukhtoonistan can be one of them. I have seen pakhtoon Nationalist including Achakzai sahib asking to attach Mianwali and Attock with Pukhtoonistan.
