The Sarin attack in Tokyo was a terrible thing, yes. But it was also the naive response of some of the medical personnel who told people showing up with blurred vision (1st stage of nerve agent poisoning) to go see an eye doctor.
Normally Japanese are smarter than this.

@nightowl8936 But that would require being one of the people who has access to the enzyme, and that would also require you to be willing to ingest or get an injection (or however it's administered) the g.m.o. enzyme. I wonder if the enzyme has any harmful side effects.

In lethality terms you are right, VX is the deadliest in terms of the amount required for LD50, and because of its oil-like quality it can be used as an area denial weapon for weeks, but once exposed to VX, you have about 2 hours to get treatment before irreversible synaptic damage sets in.
Soman is the nastiest in terms of synaptic aging, even though its more volatile and far less persistent. You have minutes to apply treatment before its ineffective.

@nightowl8936 An interesting note on this. I have a friend who had an internship at Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center. She said that working with VX was pretty straight-forward: you just needed a good fumehood and appropriate gloves. However, working with Sarin was a totally different issue because it was so volatile.
Keep in mind, most discussion is about agents we *know about.* There's a lot of stuff that hasn't been declassified yet including soviet projects.
