@ghijsch Not all baking powder contains Aluminium - nor is Aluminium that's ingested orally soluble… So no claims of harm have ever been proven. (Except in Urban Myths, and what you've heard from a friend of a friend).

i was using baking soda for facial acne and i was going to buy some at the shop and by pure mistake i bought baking powder; when i mixed it with water i realised the difference but it tried it anyway and it has worked far better than baking soda .......
