@Kurzhal09 Wrong. Rights are granted to us by God. The Bill of Rights tells the Federal Government which Rights are not to be infringed upon. The Declaration of Independence does list another Right. Read the preamble. You'll see it as plain as day. It starts with, "That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to..." Now go and find it and read the rest. Get educated.
